Rossum’s Robots – US Cyber Command Challenge Problem Prize Competition
Inspired by the play Rossum’s Universal Robots, this US Cyber Command Challenge is designed to find a solution for detecting signatureless anomaly detection for industrial control protocols. This challenge revolves completely around the study of packet capture (PCAP) for the purposes of developing a purely anomaly-based detection machine learning driven mechanism for detecting attacks in our industrial control physical cyber range network(s) which include all industrial control systems (ICS). Winning Prize worth $25,000
Zero Trust Challenge - I Got 1 Million Trust Problems and the Adversary is Number 1
Interest in zero trust grew more than 230% in 2020 over 2019, according to Gartner. On May 12, 2020, President Biden released the Executive Order on Improving the Nation’s Cybersecurity. The goal of this challenge is to develop an agile methodology that is easy to understand, communicate and implement. The methodology could also lean towards an approach that leverages a series of tools to rapidly conduct the assessment and derive the ranking of zero trust implementations using the platinum, gold and silver constructs and using the threat assessment and resilience of the assessed zero trust implementation.
